Muscular Reflexology is an effective, powerful, and unique approach to reflexology, developed by Christian Slot. The method aims to treat muscular and joint disorders while emphasizing the concept of balance—both spinal and energetic. Although these types of balance are interconnected, the techniques are taught separately at first.

With fascination and deep respect for the ability of the feet to tell about both muscle tension and joint problems, you will be led through a minimum of 89 lessons alternating between theory, demonstration and practice towards a new understanding of both the Reflexology, as well as the performance of this. Completely new techniques are added to increase your ability to help your clients.

The education is expanded regularly as the area develops. Consider the individual levels as steps on a ladder. You need to have the Muscular Reflexology Level 1 first, - then you can build on with level 2 and after that with Meridian therapy. Then the TCM-Reflexology and the individual day courses with FOKUS ON.

MUSCULAR REFLEXOLOGIST

MUSCULAR REFLEXOLOGY LEVEL 1

In Muscular Reflexology Part 1, you will learn how to locate, test, and treat the majority of muscular reflexes on the feet. These reflexes provide valuable insight into the body's muscle tension. With an understanding of balance distributed through the spine, this method offers a unique treatment approach for a wide range of muscular and spinal disorders.

Treatment of everything from e.g. locked sacroiliac joint, various lumbar disorders, facet joint problems, shoulder problems, neck, jaw and bite etc. will be reviewed.

MUSCULAR REFLEXOLOGY LEVEL 2

In Muscular Reflexology Part 2, you are introduced to the fundamental understanding of energy/Qi, which is considered the root cause of muscular tension. You learn to view the connection in both directions— from muscle to energy/Qi, and from energy to muscle. You will be trained to use both the organ reflexes and muscular reflexes in the feet for diagnosis, allowing them to confirm each other and highlight the body's imbalances. This approach makes your treatment more precise and effective. Additionally, you will learn to apply this knowledge not only to muscles but to the whole person.

MUSCULAR REFLEXOLOGY LEVEL 3

You have never used the meridians like this before. Learn how they quickly and effectively can change both muscle tension and pain - and yes, it's all still happening via techniques on your feet.
