Institute for Muscular reflexology
In 1995, I founded the reflexology school "Dit Alternativ," which is today regarded as one of the leading schools in the country. In 2019, I decided to hand over the school to a new leader to focus exclusively on the continuing education of reflexologists. This decision led to the creation of the Institute for Muscular Reflexology.
I see the development of the field as crucial, which has resulted in the creation of various courses and the publication of several books.
This has also brought me to Norway, where I have collaborated with IFH – the Institute for Holistic Medicine – for the past 25 years. Following the publication of the book Muscular Reflexology, as well as its English translation, teaching has gained increasing importance not only in Denmark but also internationally. With teaching in Muscular Reflexology offered in English, the specialty is expanding internationally, including in the Netherlands, Belgium, and England.
My background
I opened the clinic Dit Alternativ back in 1990 and have since accumulated more than 35 years of experience in practicing reflexology.
I am trained as a schoolteacher, acupuncturist, and reflexologist, and I am a RAB-registered alternative practitioner in both fields. I participate in courses led by some of the top experts in Denmark and worldwide.
In daily practice at the clinic, you will find that I combine these treatment methods. They are highly effective together and are based on the same principles. My approach is to see the bigger picture, aiming not just to treat the ailment but the whole person.
